General English courses

General English courses are available from Beginner to Advanced level. During courses students practise reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. They also learn vocabulary and grammar appropriate to their level. Students are given homework and complete a unit quiz and a final exam.

All our teachers are fully-trained, internationally–qualified speakers of English who give advice on how to study effectively. Students also have the opportunity to use the Internet and do computer–based activities as a part of their language learning.

All students take a Placement Test to ensure they are placed in a group appropriate to their current level of English. Placement Tests are held each week on Saturday to Wednesday: 08.30-10.00 & 15.00-17.30 and Thursday: 08.30-11.30. A fee of R.O.5 is charged for this service.
